Support our action: collecting honey and jam jars for local beekeeping!

Updated: Jun 4, 2023

Dear Readers,

we, the youth forum ASR GD, would like to inform you today about a short-term action in which we as a youth group will become active to help a local beekeeper in the western part of the city. Our goal is to collect jars of honey and jam together to support his work and contribute to the protection of bees.

Starting 05/26-23 you can find a special box in front of our bulletin board. We ask you to contribute new or used honey and jam jars, which of course should be clean. The box will be placed there and the action will continue during the current school term and after the vacations.

You are probably wondering why we decided to do this action. The answer is simple: bees play a crucial role in our ecosystem and are of great importance for the pollination of plants. Local beekeepers make an important contribution to the preservation of the bee population and the production of high-quality honey. By collecting jars of honey and jam, we can help beekeepers package and market their products appropriately.

We are aware that you are also committed to environmental protection and sustainability. Therefore, we hope for your support in this action. Every jar you contribute will help us make a small contribution to the preservation of bees and our environment. Moreover, this is a great opportunity to get active and take responsibility.

Please also share this message with your classmates so they have the opportunity to participate as well. Together we can accomplish a lot and show that we are committed to protecting our environment.

We thank you in advance for your support and look forward to a successful campaign! Let's show together that we can make a difference.

With warm regards

Youth Forum ASR GD
